For faster help, include your order number and a brief description of your question when you write to us. We do not use automated replies — when you hear back, it's from a real person on our team.
What we can help with
- Order status and shipping updates — if your order hasn't arrived or you'd like a tracking update, include your order number and we'll look into it right away.
- Product questions before you buy — not sure which feeder fits your setup? Have a question about WiFi compatibility, kibble size, or how the app works? We're happy to help you figure it out before you commit.
- Returns and exchanges — we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll walk you through the process. Full details are in our Return Policy.
- Damaged or defective items — if your item arrived damaged or isn't working as described, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
- Warranty claims — all products come with a 12-month limited warranty. Email us with your order number and a description of the issue to start a claim. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

Before you email — quick answers
These are the questions we hear most often. You may find your answer here faster than waiting for a reply:
- WiFi setup not working? All Tajrah feeders require 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router broadcasts both 2.4GHz and 5GHz under the same name, separate them in your router settings and connect the feeder to the 2.4GHz band.
- Haven't received a tracking email? Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there after 3 business days from your order date, email us with your order number.
- Want to start a return? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Do not ship anything back without confirmation from us first.
