Payment Method

We keep checkout simple. Every order on Tajrah is processed securely through PayPal — one of the most widely trusted payment platforms in the United States. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase.

Accepted payment method

We currently accept payment via PayPal only.

PayPal supports the following at checkout, even without a PayPal account:

  • PayPal balance
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) — processed through PayPal's guest checkout
  • Debit cards linked to a PayPal account
  • PayPal Pay Later options, where available and subject to PayPal's own eligibility terms

We do not currently accept direct credit card entry, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, checks, or bank transfers. We are a small operation and PayPal gives us a secure, reliable checkout that works well for our customers. If we add payment options in the future, this page will be updated.

How to check out with PayPal

  • If you have a PayPal account: select PayPal at checkout, log in, and confirm your payment. Your saved address and payment method will be pre-filled.
  • If you do not have a PayPal account: select PayPal at checkout, then look for the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal page. You can complete the purchase as a guest without creating an account.

Purchase information

Order confirmation: Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you entered at checkout. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The confirmation email is your proof of purchase and contains your order number — keep it, as you will need it for any support or return requests.

Pricing: All prices on Tajrah are listed in US dollars (USD). The total shown at checkout — including any applicable taxes — is the final amount charged. No additional fees are added after payment is completed.

When payment is charged: Payment is collected at the time you place your order, not when the item ships. If your order is canceled before it is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment method.

Order processing: Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery timeline details.

Sales tax: Sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and applicable state law. The tax amount, if any, is shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Payment security

We do not store your card details or payment information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by PayPal, which uses industry-standard encryption and fraud protection. When you pay through PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.

Tajrah's website uses HTTPS across all pages. If you ever see a security warning in your browser when visiting our store, do not proceed and contact us immediately at support@tajrah.com.

Payment issues and declined transactions

If your payment does not go through, the most common causes are:

  • Insufficient funds or credit limit reached on the card linked to PayPal
  • PayPal's own fraud detection flagging an unusual transaction
  • A temporary issue with PayPal's servers
  • Billing address mismatch between your card and PayPal account

If your payment is declined, try logging into your PayPal account directly to check for any alerts or holds, then attempt checkout again. If the problem continues, email us at support@tajrah.com and we will do our best to help you figure out the next step.

We are not able to override payment decisions made by PayPal, but we can confirm whether an order was received on our end and help troubleshoot from there.

Refunds to PayPal

If you are eligible for a refund under our Return Policy, the refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment method. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days on our end after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the funds.

PayPal refunds are returned to the same source used at checkout — if you paid by card through PayPal guest checkout, the refund goes back to that card.
