We keep checkout simple and secure. Every order on Tajrah can be completed using PayPal or a major credit or debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase.
Accepted payment methods
We currently accept the following payment methods at checkout:
PayPal
- Pay with your PayPal balance or linked bank account
- No PayPal account required — select PayPal at checkout and use the guest card entry option to pay by card through PayPal
- PayPal Pay Later options, where available and subject to PayPal's own eligibility terms
Credit and debit cards (direct checkout)
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
Card payments are processed directly at checkout through our secure card payment processor. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option — simply select the card payment method and enter your details at checkout.
We do not currently accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, checks, or bank transfers. If we add payment options in the future, this page will be updated.
How to check out
Paying by card directly: Select the card payment option at checkout. Enter your Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro details. Your card is charged when the order is confirmed.
Paying with PayPal (with an account): Select PayPal at checkout, log in, and confirm your payment. Your saved address and payment method will be pre-filled.
Paying with PayPal (without an account): Select PayPal at checkout, then look for the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal page. You can complete the purchase as a guest without creating a PayPal account.

Purchase information
Order confirmation: Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you entered at checkout. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The confirmation email is your proof of purchase and contains your order number — keep it, as you will need it for any support or return requests.
Pricing: All prices on Tajrah are listed in US dollars (USD). The total shown at checkout — including any applicable taxes — is the final amount charged. No additional fees are added after payment is completed.
When payment is charged: Payment is collected at the time you place your order, not when the item ships. If your order is canceled before it is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Order processing: Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery timeline details.
Sales tax: Sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and applicable state law. The tax amount, if any, is shown at checkout before you complete payment.
Payment security
We do not store your card details or payment information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by the payment processor — PayPal or our card payment processor — both of which use industry-standard encryption and fraud protection. Your financial information is never shared with us.
Tajrah's website uses HTTPS across all pages. If you ever see a security warning in your browser when visiting our store, do not proceed and contact us immediately at support@tajrah.com.
Payment issues and declined transactions
If your payment does not go through, the most common causes are:
- Insufficient funds or credit limit reached on the card
- Fraud detection flagging an unusual transaction
- A temporary issue with the payment processor's servers
- Billing address mismatch between your card details and what was entered at checkout
If your payment is declined, check your card or PayPal account directly for any alerts or holds, then attempt checkout again. If the problem continues, email us at support@tajrah.com and we will do our best to help you figure out the next step.
We are not able to override payment decisions made by the payment processor, but we can confirm whether an order was received on our end and help troubleshoot from there.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund under our Return Policy, the refund will be issued to your original payment method — PayPal or the card used at checkout. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days on our end after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the funds.
Refunds are returned to the same payment source used at checkout. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to that card.
