WiFi app control

What this feeder does and does not do

It will:

• Dispense dry kibble at scheduled times, whether you are home or not
• Switch automatically to battery power during a power outage, keeping meals on schedule
• Let you adjust schedules and portions remotely through the app when your WiFi is working
• Send app notifications when feeding logs are updated and when something needs attention

It will not:

• Work with wet food, freeze-dried raw, or any food with high moisture content
• Work with kibble larger than 12mm in diameter — oversized kibble may cause dispensing jams
• Provide app control or notifications during internet outages — remote features require active WiFi
• Include a camera. If you want to see your pet eat, see our camera feeder models
• Replace a person checking on your pet during an extended absence. A feeder handles meals. For trips longer than two to three days, we recommend arranging for someone to check in.

Before you buy

• Requires 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router broadcasts only 5GHz, enable the 2.4GHz band in your router settings before setup.
• This model does not include a camera. If you want to monitor your pet visually, see our camera feeder models.
• Dry kibble only. Kibble larger than 12mm in diameter may cause dispensing issues.
• Batteries are not included. The feeder operates on AC power alone without them, but battery backup requires batteries to be installed separately.
• Suitable for pets 6 months and older.
