We stand behind every product we carry. If something stops working the way it should through no fault of your own, we want to make it right. This warranty policy explains what is covered, for how long, how to reach us, and what to expect when you file a claim.

This policy is written for customers in the United States and is intended to be straightforward and easy to act on.


1. Warranty coverage

All automatic pet feeders and water fountains purchased directly from www.tajrah.com come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal household use. This includes situations where the product stops working as described through no fault of the customer — for example, a dispenser motor that fails during normal operation, a camera that stops connecting despite a stable WiFi setup, or a water pump that stops circulating without having been mishandled.

Who it applies to: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Products purchased through third-party sellers are not covered by this warranty.

How to activate it: No registration is required. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase — you will need your order number when you contact us.


2. What is not covered

The warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Accidental damage, drops, or misuse
  • Improper installation or use that does not follow the provided instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
  • Liquid damage beyond normal water contact in water fountains
  • Damage from power surges, pests, or external conditions outside normal household use

Consumable and replaceable parts: Filters, sponges, replacement bowls, and similar components are not covered by the warranty. These parts are designed to be replaced regularly as part of routine maintenance. Replacement parts are available separately.


3. How to request warranty support

If you believe your product has a covered issue, email us at support@tajrah.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product name or model
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem, if you are able to capture it

We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. We will review your request and let you know whether the issue is covered and what the next steps are.

Do not ship anything back until we confirm the issue and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. How we resolve warranty claims

When a warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on the nature of the issue:

  • Troubleshooting guidance to resolve the issue without a return
  • A replacement part shipped to you at no charge
  • A replacement unit of the same or a comparable model at no charge

We will discuss the resolution with you before taking action. If a replacement unit is provided, it may be new or a manufacturer-inspected unit in full working condition. Replacement items are covered for the remainder of your original 12-month warranty period.

We do not offer cash refunds under the warranty. If your product is within the 30-day return window from delivery, a refund may be available under our Return Policy instead. Contact us and we will advise which option applies to your situation.


5. Warranty shipping

If the issue is a confirmed manufacturing defect or product failure covered under this warranty: we cover the cost of sending a replacement part or unit to you, and we cover reasonable return shipping costs if we need the item back for inspection.

If we need you to return the product before we can confirm the issue: we will provide return shipping instructions first. Return shipping costs for confirmed warranty claims are covered by us. Shipping costs for issues found to be outside warranty coverage remain the customer's responsibility.

We will always confirm shipping arrangements with you before asking you to send anything back.


6. Limitation of warranty

This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by Tajrah and replaces any other express warranties. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this 12-month warranty period.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain provisions above may not apply to you depending on your state of residence.


7. Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state within the United States. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including your right to contact your state attorney general's office or the Federal Trade Commission.


8. Changes to this policy

We may update this warranty policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products or applicable legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

If you made a purchase before an update, the warranty terms that applied at the time of purchase continue to apply to that order.
