Refund policy

We want every purchase from Tajrah to feel like a safe decision. If something isn't right — whether the product arrived damaged, isn't working as described, or simply isn't what you expected — this policy explains exactly what to do and what to expect.
This policy applies to orders placed on www.tajrah.com and is written for customers in the United States.
Return eligibility and time window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your package is delivered. The 30-day window starts from the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation, not the order date.
We accept returns in two situations:
- Defective or not as described — the item arrived damaged, does not function as described, or is materially different from what was listed on the product page.
- Change of mind — you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong model, or decided it is not the right fit for your situation.
To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, or defective — items that show signs of use beyond initial inspection are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
- Original packaging preferred — returning the item in its original box with all included accessories helps us process your return faster
- All original components included — missing parts (power adapter, bowl, manual) may affect eligibility or result in a partial refund
- No misuse or intentional damage — items damaged through dropping, liquid exposure beyond normal use, or unauthorized modification are not eligible
Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date are outside our standard return window. After 30 days, please refer to our Warranty Policy, which covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.
How to request a return
Do not ship anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email support@tajrah.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo if the item is damaged or defective.
- Step 2: We will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1 to 2 business days.
- Step 3: If approved, we will send you the correct return address and any instructions. For defective items, we will include a prepaid return label.
- Step 4: Pack the item securely — original packaging preferred — and ship it back using the address we provide. Do not ship to our business mailing address without written confirmation from our team.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or notify you of any issues within 3 to 5 business days.
Return shipping costs
Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return.
We cover return shipping when: the return is due to our error — a defective item, a product that does not match its description, or an incorrect item sent. We will provide a prepaid return label.
You cover return shipping when: the return is for personal reasons — change of mind, ordering the wrong model, or deciding the product is not right for your setup. In these cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in return transit.
Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the funds to your account
Total time from return receipt to funds in your account: typically 6 to 15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If you have not seen your refund after 10 business days from the date we confirmed receipt of your return, email us at support@tajrah.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different model, size, or color, the fastest path is:
- Request a return for your original item (if it meets our return conditions above)
- Place a new order for the correct product once the return is approved
This approach ensures the item you want is in stock when you need it and avoids delays from waiting for a swap to process.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification
- Items returned with missing key components (power adapter, feeding bowl, or other parts included in the original box)
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior written approval from our team
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase — note: if a final sale item arrives defective or damaged, contact us regardless; quality issues are handled separately from our standard return policy
Lost or incorrect orders
If you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity, email us at support@tajrah.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We will review the issue and either send the correct item or arrange a full refund — whichever is faster for you.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:
- Check around your property and with neighbors first
- Wait 1 additional business day — carrier scans sometimes report delivery slightly before the package arrives
- If still missing after that, contact us at support@tajrah.com with your order number
For confirmed lost packages, we will open a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. We will not ask you to wait indefinitely for a resolution.
No subscriptions or hidden fees
Tajrah does not require customers to subscribe to any service to make a purchase or initiate a return.
Any return shipping fees that apply are communicated before you send anything back. No charges are added to your account without your knowledge.
