This feeder has two cameras — one fixed on the feeding bowl, one covering the surrounding room. Motion detection sends a push notification to your phone when your pet approaches, so you know when they are at the feeder even when you are not watching.

Holds 6L of dry kibble, enough for roughly 15 to 20 days for one adult cat. Supports up to 6 scheduled meals per day with individual portion settings per meal. Requires 2.4GHz WiFi. Backup battery sold separately.

What this feeder does and does not do

It will:

• Dispense dry kibble at scheduled times, whether you are home or not
• Send you a push notification when each meal drops, and when the food level is low
• Let you watch a live camera feed and speak to your pet through the app when you have a working WiFi connection
• Continue dispensing meals on schedule during a power outage if backup batteries are installed

It will not:

• Work with wet food, freeze-dried raw, or any food with high moisture content
• Provide reliable app control or camera access during internet outages or WiFi instability
• Replace a person checking on your pet during an extended absence — a feeder handles meals, but cannot respond to anything that requires a human judgment call. For trips longer than two to three days, we recommend arranging for someone to check in.

Before you buy

• Requires 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router broadcasts only 5GHz, enable the 2.4GHz band in your router settings before setup. This is the most common setup issue with WiFi feeders.
• Dry kibble only. Wet food, freeze-dried raw, and high-moisture foods are not compatible with the dispensing mechanism.
• Kibble larger than 12mm in diameter may cause dispensing jams. Check your kibble size before purchasing.
• Backup battery is not included. Check the user manual for the correct battery type and install before you need it.
• Camera live streaming is free. Extended video recording or cloud storage may require an optional subscription — check the app after setup for current details.
• Camera and app features depend on a working internet connection. If your WiFi goes down, those features stop working until it comes back.
