Before you buy

• Requires 2.4GHz WiFi. If connection issues occur during setup, go into your router settings and connect the device to the 2.4GHz band specifically.
• Designed for indoor use only. The fountain pump and electrical components are not weatherproof.
• Freeze-dried food is compatible if kibble size is between 5mm and 15mm. Wet food is not compatible with the feeder.
• Battery backup applies to the feeder only. The fountain requires continuous power — it will stop during a power outage.
• Replace the fountain filter every 2 to 4 weeks. Filters are sold separately.
• Camera requires active WiFi and power. Camera features will not function during a power outage.
