The camera on this model is manually adjustable by tilting. It does not pan or rotate automatically.

What this feeder does and does not do

It will:

• Dispense dry kibble at scheduled times, whether you are home or not
• Switch to battery power automatically during a power outage, keeping feeder meals on schedule (batteries must be installed in advance)
• Let you see your pet and speak to them through the app when your WiFi is active
• Send push notifications for motion, low food, and power events when connected

It will not:

• Work with wet food. Dry kibble only.
• Provide camera view, audio, or app control during internet outages — these features require active WiFi and power
• Pan or rotate the camera automatically — the camera tilts manually only
• Provide 1080P resolution. This model has a 480P camera (Pet Feeder with Camera version) or 720P camera (Night Vision version). If you need higher resolution, see our 1080P camera feeder models.
• Replace a person checking on your pet during extended absences. A feeder handles meals. For trips longer than two to three days, we recommend arranging for someone to check in.

Before you buy

• The camera on this model is 480P (Pet Feeder with Camera) or 720P (Night Vision). This is not a 1080P camera. If you need higher resolution, see our 1080P camera feeder models.
• The camera tilts manually — it does not pan or rotate automatically.
• Camera and WiFi features require active power and internet. During a power outage, battery backup keeps the feeder motor running but camera and app connectivity will not function.
• Requires 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router broadcasts only 5GHz, enable the 2.4GHz band in your router settings before setup.
• 4 x AA batteries are not included. Install batteries before first use if you want backup power.
• Cloud storage for camera footage may require a separate subscription. Check the app after setup for current storage options and pricing.
