The built-in HD camera lets you check in at mealtime from anywhere when your WiFi is active. Two-way audio lets you speak to your pet or play a recorded voice message when food drops. Designed for indoor use with cats and small dogs.

Automatic feeder

• Two water flow modes — switch between modes in the app
• Pump operates below 35 decibels
• Transparent tank makes it easy to monitor the water level at a glance
• For indoor use only — not suitable for outdoor or direct sunlight exposure

The filtration system reduces particles and helps maintain water flow. It does not sterilize water or eliminate all contaminants. Regular cleaning of the fountain bowl, pump, and reservoir is still required every 1 to 2 weeks. The filter does not replace cleaning — it supplements it.

Power and connectivity

• Free app for iOS and Android. Supports family sharing — multiple users can access and monitor from the same app.

Easy to clean

• All food-contact and water-contact parts are detachable and hand-washable
• Stainless steel feeding bowl included
• Replace the fountain filter every 2 to 4 weeks depending on usage and number of pets — replacement filters are sold separately
• We recommend cleaning the fountain bowl, pump, and reservoir every 1 to 2 weeks regardless of filter replacement schedule

What this feeder and fountain set does and does not do

It will:

• Dispense dry kibble at scheduled times from the feeder, whether you are home or not
• Keep water circulating and filtered through the fountain throughout the day
• Switch the feeder to battery backup automatically during a power outage (batteries must be installed in advance)
• Let you check in via HD camera and speak to your pet when your WiFi is active

It will not:

• Work with wet food. The feeder dispenses dry kibble and compatible freeze-dried food (5mm to 15mm) only.
• Keep the fountain running during a power outage — the fountain requires continuous power and will stop if the adapter is disconnected
• Provide camera or app control during internet outages — these features depend on an active WiFi connection
• Identify individual pets or prevent one cat from drinking or eating from the other's portion — this set has one feeder and one fountain shared between all pets in the household
• Replace regular cleaning. The fountain filter reduces particles but does not sterilize water. The fountain, bowl, and pump still need to be cleaned every 1 to 2 weeks.
• Replace a person checking on your pet during an extended absence. For trips longer than two to three days, we recommend arranging for someone to check in.

Before you buy

• Requires 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router broadcasts only 5GHz, enable the 2.4GHz band in your router settings before setup.
• Designed for indoor use only. The fountain pump and electrical components are not weatherproof.
• Freeze-dried food is compatible if kibble size is between 5mm and 15mm. Wet food is not compatible with the feeder.
• Battery backup applies to the feeder only. Batteries are not included — install them before you need them, not after an outage.
• Replace the fountain filter every 2 to 4 weeks. Filters are sold separately.
• Camera requires active WiFi and power. Camera features will not function during a power outage or internet interruption.
