Scheduled feeding and portion control

The filtration system helps reduce particles and maintain water flow. It does not sterilize water or eliminate all contaminants. The fountain bowl, pump, and reservoir still need to be cleaned every 1 to 2 weeks. The filter supplements cleaning — it does not replace it.

What this set does and does not do

It will:

• Dispense dry kibble at scheduled times, whether you are home or not
• Keep water circulating and filtered in the fountain throughout the day
• Switch the feeder to battery power automatically during a power outage (batteries must be installed in advance)
• Play a recorded voice message at each mealtime so your pet hears a familiar voice when food drops

It will not:

• Work with wet food. The feeder is compatible with dry kibble, mixed grain, and freeze-dried food (2mm to 12mm) only.
• Keep the fountain running during a power outage — the fountain requires continuous power
• Provide app control or real-time notifications during WiFi or internet outages
• Include a camera. There is no live video or motion detection on this model. See our camera feeder models if you want visual monitoring.
• Identify individual pets or prevent one pet from using the other's portion — both the feeder and fountain are shared by all pets in the household
• Replace regular cleaning. The fountain filter helps reduce particles but does not sterilize water. Clean the fountain bowl, pump, and reservoir every 1 to 2 weeks.
• Replace a person checking on your pet during extended absences. For trips longer than two to three days, we recommend arranging for someone to check in.

Before you buy

• No camera on this model. There is no live video or motion detection. See our camera feeder models if you want to monitor your pet visually.
• Requires 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router broadcasts only 5GHz, enable the 2.4GHz band in your router settings before setup.
• Dry food only in the feeder. Wet food is not compatible with the dispensing mechanism.
• Battery backup is for the feeder only. The fountain will stop during a power outage and requires the power adapter to operate.
• 3 large batteries are required for backup — not included in the box. Install before you need them.
• The feeding base should not be submerged in water. Only the fountain bowl and reservoir are designed for water contact.
• Replace the fountain filter every 2 to 4 weeks based on usage. Replacement filters are sold separately.
